Overhangs and recessed facade elements create a calibrated play of shadow while maintaining a clear and ordered exterior expression. Interior spaces unfold in a continuous sequence with visual connections across levels and toward the surrounding greenery. The project proposes a restrained architectural framework that balances openness and privacy within a coherent spatial order.
