Student housing architecture concept in Berlin by Yusuf Onder Architect

The building mass is articulated through a consistent facade grid, allowing daylight to penetrate deep into the interior while establishing a calm and ordered presence within the urban context.

The lower levels are conceived as a solid base, grounding the building within the street condition, while the upper floors dissolve into a lighter expression through generous glazing. This transition establishes a visual dialogue between public realm and private interior, reinforcing the relationship between architecture and city.

Interior spaces are organized around clarity of movement and spatial sequence. Communal and private areas are articulated through subtle shifts in materiality and light, creating a balanced environment that supports both individual retreat and collective life. The project offers a quiet, enduring architectural framework for contemporary student living.
